This is a static website with one form on it. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script other than the one that makes the contact form work.

What this site is

Woodside Electric Services, LLC is a fictional business. This website was built as a demonstration of what can be designed, provisioned, deployed and hosted through MaiaHost. No enquiry sent through it reaches an electrician, and every telephone number and licence number on it is a placeholder.

What is collected

Nothing, until you use the contact form. There is no analytics package on this site, no advertising network, no social media pixel, no session recording and no cookie set by these pages. Nothing you read here is logged against you by us.

The contact form

The form posts to a managed contact-form service operated by the host. That service verifies the submission is not automated, and delivers the message to a mailbox on this domain. The information it handles is what you type: your name, your email address, a subject and a message.

The verification step is provided by a third party and may set what is necessary to distinguish a person from an automated submission. Ordinary web-server logs recording IP addresses and requested pages are kept by the host for operational and security purposes, as they are for every website.

What happens to a message

It is delivered to a mailbox and it stays there. It is not added to a mailing list, not passed to any third party, not used for advertising, and not sold. Because this is a demonstration site, it is also not acted on in any professional capacity by anybody.

Fonts and external requests

This site loads no external fonts, no font service and no content delivery network. Every image, stylesheet and script is served from this domain, with the single exception of the contact form's own script, which has to come from the host that processes the form.

Your rights, and how to exercise them

If you have sent a message through this site and would like it deleted, write to electrician@bestdealwebdesign.com and it will be. Given that this is a demonstration site for a company that does not exist, there is very little to hold and no reason to hold it.
