- Three minutes' walk from 61st Street–Woodside on the 7, and from the Long Island Rail Road platform directly above it. The Q18, Q32, Q53 and Q70 all stop within two blocks.
- There is metered street parking on 61st Street and free two-hour parking on the residential blocks east of it. There is no lot. If you are coming to collect a report or drop off a key, telephone first and somebody will meet you at the door rather than leave you circling.

That is not the same as promising to be at your door in twenty minutes, and we will not print a number of minutes we cannot keep. What you will get is a real person, an honest answer about when we can be there, and — if the safe thing is to call the utility or the fire department instead of us — that answer instead, immediately and at no charge.
